    Chloe Logarzo is a forward who has made great headway in her career. Having started her career with Sydney FC in the Westfield W-League 2011/12 season, Chloe made 48 appearances for the Sky Blues scoring 11 goals.

    Her talent has seen her playing club football overseas for teams in Sweden, Norway and the USA. Internationally Chloe has 13 caps for the Matildas and additionally played for the Young Matildas.

    As one of Australia’s highest profile football (soccer) players, having an online presence that represents Chloe’s brand, in the manner in which she operates, forms an integral part of her overall business strategy.

    After successfully identifying a number of business objectives, Thinktank Social went to work on a redesign that incorporated tactics and features to contribute to the overall larger strategy.

    As a result of the redesign, as well as the integration of the new ecommerce functionality, the new website was able to meet one of its goals in increasing sales online, as well as establishing a fresh, crisp, and modern look, which gives it better appeal to a younger audience.

    The modified layout also puts large graphics with clear calls to action above the fold, and gives Chloe’s social media channels and email marketing a better chance to be seen.

    OUR STRATEGY

    By developing and executing a series of Strategic Business Initiatives, Chloe Logarzo successfully achieved the following:

    STRATEGIC INITIATIVES

    • New brand identity for the Chloe Logarzo brand, designed to be sophisticated and professional but not complex.

    • Complete overhaul of existing website and rollout of all-new WordPress website (chloelogarzo.com) showcasing a more professional image aligned with new brand identity.

    • Setup and configuration of dedicated Marketing Automation software (Infusionsoft) to act as both a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for database acquisition, lead nurturing and upselling.

    • Customisation of Infusionsoft eCommerce platform and integration onto website to manage merchandise sales within online Shop.

    • Setup and configuration of Event Registration tickets plugin for WordPress website with a calendar, multiple pricing options, registration forms, online payments. etickets and more.

    PROJECT RESULTS

    • Average website session duration increase by 170%.

    • 100+ new Merchandise Orders within first 3 months of website relaunch.

    • 1500+ new Instagram followers in first 3 months of website relaunch.

    • First clinic (held in Cairns, Australia) sold out.

    • Scalable business systems infrastructure in place to support growth without compromising quality of service.
