Sam Mutimer

Director of Social Media

Sam is an exceptionally enthusiastic speaker and social media strategist. With significant experience in the industry, Sam’s big passion and purpose lies in researching the latest powerful social media trends that are applicable to network market any business.

She loves sharing her knowledge with others, through running THINKTANK SOCIAL educational events. She is resident social media expert on channel 7 news, social media expert on SEN and has articles featured in b and t.

Sam has the ability to tailor her message for her audience, from basic introductions and run-throughs, to advanced strategies, campaigns, policies and implementations across a number of social media platforms.

Sam is the director of social media at THINKTANK SOCIAL and a massive Melbourne Demons supporter!

Ursula Fuchs

Senior Agency Manager

Production extraordinaire – super organised with a passion for all things photographic. Completely addicted to Pinterest.

Urs has extensive experience in agency land having worked across PR, advertising, digital and social campaigns and clients over the past 8 years, both in Melbourne and London, UK. Truth be told she is a bit of a nomad, always thinking of where in the world to travel next.

Passionate about process, Urs loves working with mid sized agencies like us helping to customise and implement internal processes to help streamline projects from brief to delivery.

Outside of hours Urs works as a freelance photographer and is often glued to the screen of her 27 inch iMac or seen gallivanting around Melbourne with camera in hand.

Ed Cornelissen

Senior Social Media Consultant

Ed’s role involves the development and rollout of social media strategy, managing client relationships and project management.

Ed has presented at a number of conferences, including the NAB Small Business Summit, SME Banking Summit and the Fernwood Annual Franchisee conference. Ed has also appeared on radio and given expert opinion on Channel 7 news.

Aside from his social media and technology knowledge, Ed also has a strong background in recruitment, sales and fitness having recruited for the design and advertising industry, managed sales for a nationwide fitness chain alongside his own business as a personal trainer.

If Ed isn’t out sailing, you’ll probably find him creating a Youtube channel of party song playlists ‘Eddie’s Party Tube’ or taking portraits of the people he meets, check out his Instagram @eddiegram.

Steven Cooper

Senior Developer

Steven has over 10 years experience in development from Corporate CRMs to WordPress he has a passion for technology and loves thinking out of the box to make the impossible possible.

2011 PayPal X.Commerce community award winner Steven has appeared in publications from The New York Times to E-Commerce world with a growing recognition for innovative development within developer circles in Australia and overseas.

Justine is one of our top facebook developers and is multi –talented in CSS, PHP, Java Script and HTML. It’s doesn’t get much better!

She’s always assisting us think outside the box when it comes to competitions and gamefication. A hardcore gamer herself, this info is gold!

A lover of cats, wrestling, video games, and everything nerdy sums her up. J can also bake a mean cupcake!

Adrian Norman

Graphic Designer

Adrian is Thinktank’s creative mastermind who loves ‘pushing pixels around the screen for hours on end’ – the end results of which are our incredible designs (including this very site!)

Adrian is the office DJ, keeping tunes flowing through Thinktank HQ daily and is very good at taking requests from the rest of the team to balance out his self confessed poor taste in music.

Outside of work Adrian keeps busy by educating himself on the intricacies of the culinary process. We’re not saying he’s a contender for the office bake off just yet, but it’s a work in progress.

Steph Grapsas

Social Media Account Manager

A wealth of project management experience, in particular, within a government setting. Plus a genuine interest and ever-growing knowledge, complimented by enthusiasm, for social media.

Steph has recently come on board at Thinktank Social and has managed to fit in with the team seamlessly whilst giving her energy to several projects.

Outside of Thinktank Social, Steph can be found hitting a dance floor, laughing very loudly or giving her tiny dog copious amounts of cuddles.

Anthea Kuthan

Social Media Account Manager

Anthea is one of our outstanding Account Managers.

She excels in listening to clients’ wants and needs and whizzing them in to practice. She has a BA (hons) Graphic communications, which helps her understand Social Media also from a visual perspective.

She is addicted to Pinterest and Instagram and is a keen animal lover.

Ida Ong

Administration/Project Officer

You’ll usually catch Ida answering the phone, writing our blog posts and assisting our account managers with specific campaigns. She’s a quick thinker, extremely organised and fresh out of uni! Ida’s a detailed person and is always looking into the why – context is her middle name! She’s a huge pinterest and polyvore lover and to add to that, an aspiring baker!
