The internet was ripe with rumor a plenty since the announcement from Facebook last week for the media to “Come see what we are building”. The invitation created quite a stir in the industry with with everything from the Facebook mobile to a new web interface appearing as rumor and speculation.
Facebook are trialing out a page feed so fans can see all updates from their favourite pages in a separate stream, but will fans be as dedicated to check another feed to ensure they soak up every status update?

The simple answer is to create more engaging content, this will lower the impact this optimisation should have on your reach. Use call to actions in your content (encourage discussion and interaction). Know when your fans are online, post during these times so that your Post’s Lifetime overlaps the time they’re online.
